This Shipping Policy explains how Stylolady processes and ships orders to the Italy.

Tracking Information
If tracking is available for your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and clearance fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Stylolady is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Delivered but Not Received / Lost Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a suitable resolution (replacement, store credit, or refund) depending on the case and courier confirmation.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Stylolady is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, public holidays, or peak season volume.
